Our Promise To You

1. We offer respect, transparency, honesty and integrity.

2. We will discuss and clarify any expectations, along with our capabilities.

3. Agree a mutual format, outcome and time frame.

4. Agree a fixed fee at the start of our time together (excluding your own book orders/printing or your external costs outside of our one-to-one work).

For larger projects, an hourly fee may be applied. This will always be discussed and agreed before the commencement of any works.

5. We agree to keep you continually informed of our progress.

6. Any information about you and your project will be treated in strict confidence. Any record of your project will be permanently deleted from our system 90 days after our mutually agreed completion date.

7. Each piece of work will be contractual. This means Busy Corner Books will draw up a bespoke contract for both parties to sign. This engages mutual respect and honour in our working with you. Plus, it encompasses all of the above.

8. Any feedback you provide will not be published on our website without firstly asking for your written permission. (We do not publish names without permission.)
