For larger or evolving projects, an hourly rate may apply — always discussed with complete transparency.

This protects both of us and sets a stable foundation.

🟢 Regular Check-Ins

🟢 You will be kept gently informed throughout.

 

🟢 I will check in with you regularly to ensure you feel supported, heard, and aligned with the direction we’re taking.

🟢 Confidentiality & Care

🟢 Your work and your personal details are held in strict confidence.


🟢 Files related to your project are securely deleted 90 days after completion unless you request otherwise.


🟢 Permission-Based Testimonials

🟢 I will never share your feedback, words, or name without your clear written consent.

Once we agree on scope, timing, and fees, I ask that these commitments are respected.

To keep our working relationship healthy, please maintain general communication to reasonable hours unless we have agreed otherwise.

🟢 Sharing Concerns Early:

If something feels off — the direction, the pace, or a creative choice — please tell me.
I will always listen with gentleness and humility.

🟢 A Willingness to Pause if Needed:

Life can become overwhelming.
If you need to slow down or pause, you are welcome to. Please keep me informed so we can adjust your timeline with care.

🟢 Confidentiality of My Materials:

Just as I protect your work, I ask that any resources, documents, or processes I provide are treated respectfully and not shared without permission.
